Coming back from my trip from the USA (17 hours in a plane) and walking to my parked AVIS car it didn't start.
I walked to the AVIS office and they (Simon) came with me with a booster starter pack. The car started immediately and was so relived. Simon made sure all was fine.
Monday Tuesday I flew to Cape Town. When I came back at Lanseria at 1930 and want to open my car. Again nothing all dead. I walked to the AVIS office and he was closing up. I asked and told him to help me out. He finally did. We helped him how the booster pack worked and the car started. But now I lost my confidence in this one so I asked can I swap the car. Well that was a problem.
The next day I phone the Rivonia branch. Spoke with Ntobeko!!! I explained what happened. I was even not so nice to her but I apologized for being that way as I lost complete trust in the car. Sent an email to Nicol du Randt to confirm all my steps.
And within 2 hours the team managed to get me a car. Swapped it and done.
Wow Ntobeko, William, Brian, Nicol (your team) is absolutely FANTASTIC.
Why can you run a few more branches :-)
