Poor service

On 15 April 2013 I took my car for it's first service at the said location, I arrived there at 07:30 am, the were only two people in front of me, but I got the vehicle back at 14:00 pm. The were people whom came after me but collected their vehicle before me, and to my surprise my engine was even more filthy than it went in, when I inquired Renault about it, they said the do not wash engines they clean them, when I asked why was my engine not cleaned then they have been ignoring me ever since.
