Took my kia picanto in for a service and there was a whistle sound in my engen that had to get fixed, when i picked my car up a few days later the noise was still there. was around the 2nd week in January 2013 i booked my car in for the monday the 14th got there and they couldnt help me. no one phoned me back asked staff to ask the manager to phone me but no phone call, i had to phone after them. service is shocking, expected better service at Tygerberg Multifranchise.
