When I bought my vehicle brand new, I was given the service interval by Mazda which I followed thoroughly. Turns out that THEY gave me in black and white, the wrong service interval and now they voiding my warranty because THEY made a mistake. To make matters worst, they cancelled the warranty without informing me and then sold me an extended warranty which didn't exist, so I was paying for a warranty that did not exist. These people are ridiculous... My advice to anyone is don't buy Mazda, their customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen! Worst R300k I had ever spent... You guys are disappointing!!!
