I traded in my car beginning March at Toyota Woodmead. After i received my new car and they took ownership of my old car, they received two traffic tickets adding up to R1050 with my previous car. They fines was still send to my postal address since the registration papers was not changed yet and the fines was issued on my name. I send it through to Toyota Woodmead for payment beginning April and ever since i have been struggling to get them to pay it. They never return your calls, make promises that they do not keep to. I need to constantly phone them and follow up, and up to today i have not received payment. The whole transaction was actually a mess and i received terrible service from them all ove
