I was in the market looking for a used polo Vivo automatic, i was called up by the sales person to query if im still looking for the vehicle.i told her iv seen one but no deal was confirmed she then confirmed she could do better and promised a much earlier model 2012) for the same price that i was paying for a 2011. this never happened she instead showed me a 2011 model slightly cheaper but in a terrible condition.makes you wonder is it really MASTER CARS or DISASTER CARS. but the real disappointment is when i contacted the manager to explain the issue the attitude from him was so unprofessional. how can he fill that position if he does not have the skills to address customers complaints.his argument was that he personally did not make the promises.surely he is the manager of the sales people and they all represent master cars and VW WEISS as a whole and should not try to pass the buck and speak with that dont care attitude. im off with the service and attitude from the manager.
