No service after car sale

I bought a Mercedes-Benz ifor R300k in November already, and got only one key- the salesman, Dennis said the other key is with the previous owner in Johannesburg- up till today, after about 12 visits to the dealership, I still have only 1 key and my calls are not answered or returned. 2 months after I had the car, the seat mechanism broke- I weigh 45 kg and could not have broken it- the response was nil. Aslso, the car came without a lighter, which woukd have been replaced- needless to say, none of that happened.
