After numerous phone calls to Eric to try and sort out the fact that after receiving the car (which was only drivable for 2 days) I tried to cancel the deal and purchase elsewhere. He refused to cancel the deal and challenged me to go to Nedbank or Consumer Tribunal. Needless to say since 2nd April 2013 and speaking to the brother of the owner of Bulls Eye Auto (as the owner apparently NEVER speak to clients... we still dont have a car. I will not advise anyone to do business with them as Eric is a smooth operator and promissed the moon and the stars and then does not answer my phone calls for days on end! I have now reverted to Nedbank Complaints department and if I do not get satisfaction from them I will go to the Ombudsman but I will not allow them to get away with this kind of servise.
