Nine Months and R30 000 still no car?

Ok so where do I start, how do I get the emotion in, how do I get people to feel the angst, the despair the frustration, the anger? I have no idea, I don't know what to say and how to say it, I am not a writer, I am just a completely frustrated consumer who feels completely helpless...
Let me try and just get the story started, I want to keep the facts as accurate and exact as possible, I have no intention of embellishing this for effect I just need people to hear this story.
The context as it stands to date is: my car, a Dodge Caliber 2.OL CRD 2007, started to lose power and 's a little about two hundred meters from my home at Kingsburgh on the South Coast. It is a Sunday afternoon at around four pm on the 26th of August 2012.Monday the 27 I have my car checked by Unleashed Auto, an authorized Bosch Dealer in Amanzimtoti. In two weeks' time, to the day, it will be NINE months later that I have had no car for business and personal use and I have spent my savings to the amount of R30 000, 00 and in the interim, with absolutely no support or working car receiver from Unleashed Auto.
