Mg Motors
Disgruntled

I bought a brand new MG6 in May 2012 the car was due for the 5000 km service, by the time it got to MG in Feb it had to be towed to them it could not start. At that time it was showing a failed tyre pressure error message. To my surprise after the service it was still showing that message. On enquiry they told me that they did not have required software to remove it, and I also asked why it did not start they said they suspected a faulty battery. In April the car had to be towed back to MG Hatfield again as it lost power while driving. It was there for 2 weeks & I never heard from them, then I called & was told that they were busy with the clutch. On the 3rd week I called Head Office to lodge a complaint then Clifton Heck promised to come back to me, up to now I have not heard from him. My concern is that I am paying a lot of money for a brand new car that is obviously defective. I want to get out of this deal but at the dealership I have no one to refer my concerns as there is no senior person to take responsibility for this. Apparently my salesman & manager have ever since left. I am commuting yet I have a brand new car.
