Ever since we started servicing a brand new car from William Hunt GM in Bellville the service has gone from bad to worse. The problem starts from the reception with absolutely no telephone etiquette - and to having to wait well over an hour to get a lift to go to work as if you didn't book car in for a service.
Every time we take the car in with an obvious factory fault it comes back exactly the same. We told them about breaks that were making a noise when you stop while reversing - they couldn't fix that. We still have an error message every time we switch our headlights on to check back light.
The recent one which happened Monday morning - the car wouldn't start, a 2011 Opel model wouldn't start giving a charge service error. They kept it for 3 days no courtesy car, no feedback on what the problem is - when I called them today Wednesday, they still hadn't fixed it. I would never in a million years advise anyone to buy a car from these guys and any William Hunt infact. We had planned to buy another car with them in a year.
Would make sure I let everyone I know of this
