Last week I took my car in to be serviced. I am very impressed with the way that Maritza handled the whole process. She was friendly, always smiling and had a great attitude. She kept me informed and just went the extra mile to make sure that I knew what was happening as well as making sure that I was satisfied. It is not very often that you find someone who offers such great customer service and for that I would like to thank her.
