TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Firstly: that we like your cars is demonstrated by
having acquired an Isuzu Frontier and 2 Chevrolet Sparks over time.

Our recent dealings with your company were somewhat inconvenient to say the least.

1. I requested a set of batteries for my remote about 3 weeks ago: none in stock and generally not available from hardware shops.

2. 3 weeks later still none in stock, however an immediate order was placed on my request. I left my phone details asking the gentleman to phone me just in case they would not arrive as indicated early afternoon.
He phoned me the following day that he had received them now. I went to fetch them and noticed that they were not in the usual blue plastic
sleeve and one of them had a dent on one side (I suspected second hand material sold for R158.36 for 4 tiny batteries). I was asked to test them and found that they were nevertheless ok.

3. I had some difficulties to fit the headlight globe I bought from you. Thus I inquired if someone could possibly connect it for me, only to be told that it would cost me R127.68 (the globe was R87.72).
I finally, yet reluctantly agreed to pay the amount.
