I would like to commend Yolanda on her excellent service regarding a vehicle service that she attended to on behalf of my fiance.

There were extra things needed to be arranged for the vehicle to be sent away etc, and she kept me in the loop at all times, as well as reporting back promptly regarding any new developments regarding the vehicle.
