Bought a Terrios with 33000km from Hyundai Witbank used vehicle sales, Melanie sales lady. First thing I asked if the car was in accident, and several times after that I asked if car was in accident every time I was told no it was not it was their Financial Managers car. From first week I complained about wind noise left front door/window. The car went back several times and the window, rubbers even the smash and grab were checked to locate the wind noise, still problem could not be found. Two weeks ago I took the car for chip and dent (paint tech) few chips that I bought the car with and knew about. I was requested to get 2 quotations which I did, first thing I requested them to fix was the wind noise, left front door. After inspection by 2 different panelbeaters I was informed that the car was in accident and that the door frame were bend beyond repair, also body patty evident. Took car last week for service and sent e.mail and fax to Dealer Principle and Melanie explained problem asked them to inspect car. I collected car went to DP office he admitted receiving e.mail. Obviously in a hurry and no interest in my problem treated me very badly, he was rude and way out of line.
