I have used a company called Online Renewals to renew and courier my Cape Town License disk for my car.
Last year I used the same company and found the service really useful, so naturally I used them again this year.
After sending them all the details and paying the full amount, it is more than 2 weeks later and still no license. After a ton of emails, constant calls, messages, I still have had no response.
I can see that Ricardo does read my messages, but never responds.
My car License has now expired and I have no idea what is going on.
