Tower Group
Incorrect reason for dismissal

I was employed by Tracker through Tower Group Agency on an indefinite contract. Whilst being employed, I became very ill, I was diagnosed with Benign Intracranial Hypertension (pressure on the brain caused by fluid). I had to go for regular doctor appointments and was hospitilised more than once in a period of 2 months. I was also off from work due to my illness. I was then advised via email by Andrew Green that my contact has been terminated. I am in and out of hospital to date, treatment is given twice a week by the hospital. I am unable to work due to that, and now need to claim from UIF. The system shows that I have ABSCONDED instead of the contract being TERMINATED. I clearly have proof of the sick notes, emails to and fro, as well as the email that was sent by Andrew to me stating that the CONTRACT as been TERMINATED!!! I now can't claim UIF due to this!!!
