Undercooked Chicken and no response from store

We bought 2xdouble down meals at the above mentioned store, as we drove off and ate we realised that the chicken was still undercooked so bad blood was in there, we immediately called the customer care line and that was the last we heard of them, for 2weeks, when some lady called to asked about the service received it's almost been a month and still I have not heard anything from the store, im not looking for freebies all I would have liked from the store was an apology, im a diabetic that really needed to eat at the time as my blood sugar levels was dropping... and that's how bad a inconvenient your raw chicken caused
