On Thursday 25th of April 2013 at about 14:16, I ordered a 1/2 chicken combo take out with order NO: 107 from a lady by the name of Ascentia. This lady was friendly and knew exactly what she's doing. I received my order almost five minutes later and I left. I travelled for almost 15 km when I decided to enjoy my meal and noticed that the chips given to me with my meal were over fried and were dark brown in colour.
I was not happy and decided to call them on this no: 016 933 3060 to make them aware of this problem. I then requested to speak to Ascentia and she sincerely apologised and understood. I did not hang up the phone and over heard Ascentia one of the grillers that, one customer complains with OVER FRIED CHIPS but the respond from The Griller was that "WA HLANYA" meaning that customer is crazy. He was not aware that Ascentia did not hang up the phone.
I phoned again and requested to speak to the manager and I explained to him that one of his employees says I'm crazy when I complain about the food I bought with my hard earned money. He just simply apologised and did not find joy and I hanged up.
I then decided to contact hellopeter.co.
