On Tuesday (19/02/2013) I decided to get myself a King Steer Burger with chips from my local branch located in East Gate. When I arrived at home and started eating I realised that my chips tasted quite stale and that my burger's bun was a bit beyond its "sell by date". I promptly discarded half my meal after a few bites.
The next day I was lucky to find myself near the same shop again and decided to make the manager aware of the problem. After listening to my story the manager sincerely apologised and advised me that they are having a supply problem with their potatoes and apologised for the bad bun. He quickly rang me up a new order and within no time I had a deliciously prepared meal.
A year ago I had a similar incident at the same branch giving me a burger not 100% up to standard. At the time I complained the same manager also was of great assistance to me.
I've frequented quite a few fast-food franchised in my time and if can definitely say that the STEERS group rank amongst my favourite when it comes to good food and good service.
PS: I am quite a picky customer :-), so well done STEERS!!!
