We took the family for lunch on Sunday 21 April 2013. Buffet Lunch. Not enough food for all the clients. Raw chicken and vegetables. Service was not existing. Complained but they made you feel guilty for their short commings. Mailed them with all the complaints. Ask them for feed back. No response. Billed us with 10% service charge. What service? Nowhere could I see a notice of the service charge that would be added.
