Hi, two weeks back I visited McDonalds, Milnerton and got such bad service from the lady at the drive-thru that I asked to speak to a Manager. I waited 5 minutes at the window, cars tailing around the corner, no Manger. I then decided to park my car and go in. When the Manager came to me after also trying to speak to another customer who was fuming because they got her order wrong. Seeing the Manager all stressed I gave her my name and two contact numbers in order for the owner to call me instead. Todate no call from owner. If the owner does not care about her business or customers how can we expect the employees to be any better. No business for you from all at the call centre in Century City. We will now all go the N1 City where we feel more valued.
