I used to be a frequent buyer of Mac Donald apple pies over the years up until recently Ive found my pies becoming smaller by the day. I got to such a point where my apple pie is literally half in size to the box its served in. I lodged a complaint to the customer care and Ive been told its an issue at the two stores i specified to them that i had been to. they prefer me to eat at the remaining other stores. however they did not even check if the same issue was present at the other stores or not. was it a manufacturing error or fault etc. nothing was checked or done. they simply replied to me and called me to say they cant help it that's how the pies come. For a pie that cost a price i expect a full size. if the size has decreased why has the cost not decreased. they have definitely lost a customer for I've eaten at many stores around and they all seem to have the issue. As Mac Donald's prefers not to deliver on customer service I'm gonna prefer eating else where from now onwards.
