I went onto your website to place an order as I usually do. "unfortunately" I happened to be at my grandparents place in Soweto this time. I called the national call centre to order food for my family and I was informed that there is no branch in Soweto. I'm actually shocked by this considering the fact that there are many fast food outlets here and a number of malls that have all the restaurants you can order from through Mr Delivery.
What makes me so confused is who your market actually is because it seems as though Soweto does not have your services opposed to the suburbs. I really find it unfair though. I even went all out to call a number of the outlets and discovered either, they don't deliver or the delivery services end at 7PM. Really? I find it pathetic and unfair. If it means that I can't go just about anywhere in gauteng and get your services in certain area for whatever reason, then I might as well get into a store and buy food. Yal are supposed to make thing easier but I guess thats not the case with sowetans as they can't get any services because of the area they live in. Soweto is well developed by the way!
