Good morning
Myself and a friend of mine thought be will after church go to M&B and enjoy a meal.
i then ordered the chilli chicken burger and my friend ordered the famous 1 breakfast. She informed the waiter (Ettiene) not to bring the corn fritter or toast as she is gluten intolerant.
i ask the waiter to bring the fritter but to put it on the side.so that i can hav it.(side plate)
he brought our food with fritter on her plate..
she mentioned to him that she cant eat corn and the fritter should not have been on plate. I asked him why he did not put it on the side as i requested. He then raised his voice teling me and i quote" customers think they are always right but im telling you that you are lying and not right. I asked him why he is making me out to be a to which he replied i am one.".i asked him if i may hav another cup of coffee but he ignored me and i got up and got my own coffee.
I was totally humilitated, knowing that customers next to me and probaly across saw and heard everything. Not once did i raise my to him. He then refuse to come to our table after that and asked someone else after we got up to look for him to give our bill to us. Left a bad taste in my mouth..
