Raw pizza base

I had bought a triple decker pizza with a crammed crust base on the 25/03/2013 which costed me R143.00 which is a lot of money, the third base on the pizza was not done it was raw, then the following day I called Debonaires to request to speak to a manager to complain, I spoke to Witness who was asking me ridiculous questions about the pizza, I then asked them to come a pick up the pizza as proof to show that it was not done, he then told me that the will investigate and they will check there cameras if the pizza was indeed raw, how crazy is that I had proof of the raw pizza at my house but they just didn't't even care to come pick it up.

I got the pizza buy delivery I don't understand why would they not pick up the pizza to see it was raw, they just didnt care.

I am very disappointed as they have not responded to my query till today.
