Incorrect Order Given / Bad Service

I PLACED AN ORDER AT UMBILO BRANCH FOR 5 X THREE TENNERS, OF WHICH ONE MUST ONLY HAVE MAYO, NO RELISH. I HAD TO REPEAT THIS ABOUT 5 TIMES. I ALSO PLACED THE ORDER TELEPHONIC-ALLY SO THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT WHEN I GET THERE. BUT, I GOT THERE AND I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR 10 MINS IF NOT MORE FOR MY ORDER. THE LADY (LORRAINE) WORKING THE TILL AND ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS NOT HELP FULL AT ALL, AND WHEN I GOT THERE SHE STILL CONFIRMED THAT I ONLY WANTED RELISH. I MEAN REALLY. ANYWAY, I GET BACK TO THE OFFICE, ONLY TO FIND THAT IT HAS RELISH ON. I PHONED THE BRANCH, BUT THEY SUGGESTED THAT I USE MY OWN TIME AND PETROL TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE, WHICH IS NOT ON. SHE KEPT ON SAYING SORRY, BUT SORRY WONT GIVE ME A NEW BURGER LIKE REQUESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I FIND THE RELISH ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, AND EXPECT THAT IF I ASK FOR NO RELISH, ITS SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY ONE. I CAN ASSURE YOU THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE WIMPY AGAIN!!! BECAUSE I ALLREADY USED TIME TO WAIT FOR FOOD THAT I PRE-ORDERED I CAN NOT GO OUT AGAIN, WHICH MEANS I WONT BE ABLE TO GET FOOD FROM A DIFFERENT PLACE!!! SORT UR STAFF OUT, REALLY!!!
