Went for breakfast after working nightshift... toasted sandwich was cold filling was even colder... only 1 type of bread available! Upon complaining, sandwich was re-toasted, and ended up soggy and unappealing... refund given..but the issue is not about refunds! Its about quality of service delivery... the manager took all our details and promised to get the dayshift manager/franchise owner to call... a week later nothing!! So I contacted the helpline..still awaiting feedback another week later... really poor follow-up..
