No consideration for customer's rights

My father went to Wimpy Giyani this morning (9 March 2013) after a workshop to get some food. He bought himself a burger combo, after a few bites he realised that the burger tasted off and notified the lady that assisted him. Her response was he could just buy another one, she refused to change his burger for a fresh one, not only is my father a long standing customer since its opening in Giyani but he's also a senior citizen. She was disrepectfull to him telling him that even if he didn't come back to the wimpy there will be many more customers who will buy from them.

She was rude and has no understanding of the term customer service, She did not represent the Wimpy brand that we've grown to love over the years. Your training department should take a drive to Giyani and train your staff on customer service, just because we are in Giyani it doesnt mean that the value of our money is les
