Last year I complaint about the KFC in Game City, Durban and from the feedback received, I was sure nothing will be done.
I visited KFC in Berea Centre, Durban on Tuesday for lunch.
Yet again I did not receive all my change.
Bought 4 dunked zinger wings and the 10c was not included in with my change, no explanation from the cashier (to be quiet honest, I was not greet or thanked for my patronage).
I experienced this exact same problem last year, so it seems to be business as usual for KFC.
It is not the 10c that is the problem, but the principle.
Is this really the way KFC does business??
Two different branches, same problem, I am utterly disappointed.
