My family and I went for Sunday lunch at SPUR Northgate. We spent R500.00 but wow we were so dissappointed. We stayed because my kids were hungry. My 13yr old son was refused to play Playstaion - the first this year! We had to continuously ask the waitress for serviettes and wet wipes as she didnt bother to bring us finger bowls - the ribs were slighty burnt. I have supporting Spur since I can remember but wow service is bad and food quality... it seems that bad service has become a norm in our country!
