Burnt Food!!

I go every week to Spur with a colleague of mine, I also go with my family and friends. Every week I am at the Spur. On the last three ocassions, I was not happy with the food. We ordered the rib and wing special and the first lot of ribs were so burnt, we didn't even finish it and our appetite was gone.
