On 27 Febr 2013 we went to buy food from KFC in van der Hoff road Pretoria Gardens. When we got there we found a que of people already outside the shop but had to wait for we promised friend we will bring KFC with the night. We thought it is because it is payday that is why it is so bussy. After about waiting for 45 min we finally get to the counter just to find there is only 2 ladies working the counter and that at the bussiest time of the month. We ordered 2 twisters and a family fiest 8 piece. We had to wait another 15 min because the did not have any small change. After getting home we found the twisters tasting soure. We discovered it was the tomatos that were soure. I did not see change to drive back and stand in the que again to settle this and at the end of the day the petrol will cost me more than the meel for the evening itself. This is poor food quality and bad service of KFC just to have 2 people working over a paday that they know is the busiest time of the month.
