Partially cooked chips

Purchased the family meal, it came with a few boxes of chips however half the chips in each box were quite raw.
I lodged two cases with KFC on their website but no-one bothered to respond the case numbers are: CAS-39994-D9C4K8
CAS-38506-D9X2F8
I still have the chips in my fridge as proof will someone respond so i can throw them away.
