KFC Overcharge

On Friday evening 22 February 2013, I bought food from the KFC by Malibongwe. Only once we got back into the car did I realize that the amount had gone off my bank account twice. I went back into the KFC and spoke to Miriam (the manager) who said that it was a bank error and that the amount would be reversed and back in my account within 24 hours. She took my number & said that she would follow up with the bank. After 24 hours had passed I phoned again and she said the same thing. Then she gave me the owners number (Martin). When I eventually got through to him he said that it would be sorted out immediately. After a few more days have passed and a lot more phone calls, I STILL have not got my money back. Its now 5 days and I'm still getting the run around!!! Is this how KFC treat their customers, when it was clearly an error from their side. And it has now cost me over R50 in phone calls trying to get the money back from them.
