I visited the Garden Route Mall KFC yesterday afternoon (25/02/2013). the store was quite warm and looked understaffed, the ladies at the front area were obviously irritated as their customer skills was questionable, almost as if they were forced to be assisting you and one had a feeling of uncomfort, then one of the ladies constantly used her palms to wipe the sweat off her face and did not wash or sanitise her hands but proceeded to serve customers that came in. this was done a few times to my horror. the ladies also take the orders and go to the back to prepare them (burgers etc). shouldn't there be more order/staff/efficiency and HYGIENE. Come on Guys, why display all the cleaning records and certificates when they mean nothing?
