Money stuck in Limbo

I made a purchase at KFC in Edenvale on Friday the 1st February 2013. I gave the assistant my card to swipe after two attempts with the card machine not going through I said I would pay cash. Just as the cash transaction was completed my notification via sms came through twice that the card traction had gone through twice. I was told that they had been having problems with Nedbank and that the transactions would be reversed in 24 hours. 36 hours later no reversal, back to the branch, the manager on duty insisted I provide them with a statement. Upon checking my account on Monday the funds were still only reserved but not officially taken of my account. A week later, funds still just reserved. E-mailed customer services for advice, no reply to date! Almost 3 weeks later - funds STILL reserved and no response from KFC on where to go from here. Customer service, this is money we're talking about for something I have technically paid for three times!!
