I recently ordered at Wimpy in Brooklyn Mall a cheese and tomato sandwich, saw on the menu something else i wanted, so before they even started with the order i asked that i would like something else and would pay the difference, but Pauline (the manager) refused to change my order as she was to lazy to void it and ring up my new order even tho the new order was almost double the price. WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WANT HER DETAIL SHE GRABBED HER PEN AND VERY ARROGANTLY SAID '' MY NAME IS PAULINE'' AND AS I WROTE IT DOWN SHE MADE ME WRITE THERE THAT SHE IS THE MANAGER. i feel this is outrageous and someone should train them on customer service and maybe the new consumer act too.
