"Same old, same old..." I keep on getting promisses that this place will be improving its service, yet nothing really happens.
Two weeks has passed since my last visit to this establishment, yet yesterday my wife and i had the same old experience as in the past - pathetic service! I'm starting to think that these people are doing it on purpose - they just don't want me there.
The food was ice cold with their first attempt and then they have the audacity to bribe me with a free muffin. Then, the manager only appears on the floor one hour into my visit - he is hardly ever visible. What about penalising this franchise until they decide to pull themselves together? I know of so many people who just won't go back there again - this is total BS.
I will cotinue going there and continue reporting their bad service untill they get themselves together and start treating me like a first-world customer.
