I am appalled and disgusted by the criminal activity of Athe Nkosi, a cashier at Debonaires at the Shoprite Dobsonville Shopping Centre. He charged me twice for extra cheese without my knowledge. After waiting for about ten minutes, I saw the error and pointed it out to him. When I did so he actually said THAT THIS IS THE STANDARD WAY OF PRICING!!! WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS A BLATANT AS I ALWAYS BUY PIZZA WITH EXTRA CHEESE HE SAID HE HAS ALREADY CHARGED ME AND IT CAN'T BE REVERSED OR REIMBURSED HE BASICALLY MY MONEY!!! I was shocked senseless that such daylight could occur in such a reputable franchise. The manager LEBO was called to resolve the matter and responded with such shocking attitude!!! To top it all off, many customers were complaining about similar incidents at that particular point. What upsets me the most about this is that it looked like a to pattern of ongoing criminal behavior. I want this to be investigated and resolved, and the culprits to be dealt with accordingly.
