Good Afternoon,

Myself and two work colleagues went to the Sandton City food court for lunch, we then decided to go to ANAT. We ordered a chicken shwarma, a beef schwarma and small chips as well as a falaafal meal with chips. My colleague paid the bill then we proceeded to wait for our food to come. Firstly, there was no garnishing to put on the schwarma's which at lunch time when the place was busy showed a lack of planning by the manager on duty, the attendant then proceeded to go to the back to obtain the garnishing, he then disappeared for 10 minutes during peak lunch time to get the garnishing, he comes back and makes no apology for disappearing and has the attitude that he is doing me a huge favour by serving me food. Lastly, he then gets the order wrong and forgets to bring the second serving of chips and says that we didn't order it and after checking our bill he realises that we in fact did. This is totally unacceptable and I will not tolerate it.

Considering we were in Sandton City which is supposed to be the richest square mile in Africa, the service we received was absolutely shocking and I will not be eating there again.
