Ninos
Took order but no delivery

I ordered breakfast this morning at Ninos Waterfall in Midrand. The black lady answering the phone took my order and even told me the amount and said that the delivery will be here. An hour later I phone back to say that I have not received my breakfast yet. She proceeds to tell me that she tried to phone our receptionist to say that they cannot deliver. She tried once. No reason on why they cannot deliver and no communication. Still waiting for my breakfast. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a restaurant
