I have a problem with debonair es. I bought a pizza on weekend and it had burnt mushrooms. I called the shop and I was told that's how they got it from the supplier and there's nothing they can do about it. I called their head office to log a complaint and spoke to a gentleman there who logged a call for me and no one came back to me. I called him again and he told me that they tried to get hold of me but I did not answer which is not true.
Can you be able to help me expose these people for who they are? I still have the copy of the receipt, pizza, ref no 109952, and the name of the person whom I spoke to at the head office of debonairness.
This is the first step I am taking then to all the newspapers in the country.
