A long wait and terrible food arrives v

Today i called in and ordered a regular club sub and chutney pop its. I order at 11:55 and my order comes in at 13:05 food is cold and rubbery. Pop its are half filled and tastes like its old. The sub is dry and terrible. After waiting so long and having to eat something like this is terrible. I am honestly disgusted at the thought that i spent money on something and then having to stick it in the bin.
