The fried hake ordered was off and completely unpalatable. When mentioned to the waitor, he asked what was wrong with the fish and we told him to either try it or smell it. He remarked that he doesn't eat fish. Two minutes later the manager came and apologised and offered us a replacement fish. and that was the end of that. Sadly, the person in the party who returned the fish ended not having anything else due to the bad experience. In this matter
i found the waitor in no way empathetic to the situation and neither did the manager offer to compensate the person in question for the bad quality of food. CTFM, who prides themselves in providing an enjoyable eating experience to there patrons was most dissappointing this evening, in the quality of food and the overall service of the waitor, right up to the damage control done by the manager, which was in no way effective. both of them should go for course on customer service. They lacked even the basic skills needed to keep a customer happy.
