We have received numerous complaints about this manageress at fishhoek spur and decided to investigate ourselves, hidden camera and various mystery shopper attempts revealed the following... the staff are overworked and under appreciated, some work as much as 14-16hour days with a 30minute break, not only illegal but constitutes to slave labour, we sat close to the kitchen area and heard this woman screaming at a waiter because he made us a cheddarmelt sauce (mixing sauces) instead of the slice of processed cheese we didn't want, the spur has never been a top restaurant nor franchise and this experience has just confirmed it once more... fishhoek spur, ccma and a documentary specially bout you will air soon, the worst of the worst dining experience in 16years! A Julie or whatever your name is... get out of the biz, U are total rubbish and treat your staff like ants, shocking!!!
