Not happy with the service

I bought pap chicken and gravy take away, while i was busy eating the food at work, i found 20c coin in the gravy and also a bone.

I stopped eating the food and phoned the shop and spoke to the manager by the name of Andrew, I told him what happened but he said this is not possible and he did not want to cooperate with me.

Can you please take this further, this is acceptible
