25th Janaury 2014 - 21:30 we arrived at kfc in commercial road and ordered 4 x streetwise 3's. The lady at the counter said that we will have to wait 20 minutes for the meat. That is definately not acceptable, because according to kfc rules the customer must not wait more than 3 minutes for their order. Infact how can a take away be open for 24hrs if they do not have food to give to their customers. I really would appreciate a response a.s.a.p. Thankyou
