Despicable service from head office and the store

I placed an order at 12h20. At 14h00 i contacted the store to find out how far my order is and the phone was engaged. I then decided to contact head office for assistance and i received services worse off that what i got from the store itself from Railene Maccario and Fernado, who even refused to give me his surname. The store then decided to contact me and while i was explaining my predicament Mpho hung up on me. Fernado started telling about the horrible service he receives from my company instead of addressing the problem, clearly urgency does not exist at chicken licken.
