About 2 weeks ago I purchased some zinger wings for my fiance.
On the way home, she started eating on them, and while biting off a piece of chicken off the one wing, she also happened to pull a piece of hair out of it too.
When she showed this to me, I immediately returned to the branch to bring it under their attention. They assured me that it would be brought under the attention of the senior manager, who would get back to me.
I was only contacted the following week and after meeting up with him at the branch, he assured me that an investigation would be done on how the hair landed there and would get back to me by 20/01/2014.
It is now 22/01/2014 and no one has had the curteousy of getting back to me, even just to inform me that the siutation is still being investigated or that it's still pending.
What type of customer service is this where this is the type of food you receive for your hard earned money as well as where Idol promises are made.
